Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Nevada

Surgery mistake

This is in reference to a relative I had to start taking caring for because of paralysis left from surgery. She suffered a stroke and some brain damage during a simple procedure and I was wondering if there is anything that I can do to make sure she is taken care of because she will never work again and the expenses that I incurred are recovered. During a biopsy on a tumor on the brain; the tumor was nicked and began to bleed and the doctor had to remove the tumor. I believe the doctor was negligent in his actions and enougn was not done to ensure her safety because she did not have insurance.

There may be a case, we will need to review the records and consult with medical experts. If succesful, we can obtain compensation for all her costs related to malpractice.
