Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada
If I allowed someone to drive my vehicle and they in turn had an accident and totaled my car with out injury to any other vehicle or person. Can I sue the driver?

You can sue the driver, but what would you hope to get? Does the driver have money? Does the driver have property? You would need to pay attorney fees up front because an experienced lawyer would know there is almost no way that money can be collected from the driver of your car.
