It's hard to tell. But most would contain many similar provisions.

Like all contracts, they can vary quite a bit. It all depends on what the two (or more) parties want to bind one another to in the agreement. Of course, you would expect that the pay level and terms of payment would differ, but details about such things as what costs are reimbursable to the attorney's office, under what terms the attorney can retain the client's file, and how the relationship is ended can all be quite different. There is not, as many folks assume, a standardized agreement provided by the state Bar Association.
