Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada
I had a bad fall at work on a construction site about a year ago. I fell in a hole that the cover had been removed and the ones that removed it left it uncovered and went to break. It was all reported and I have the papper work on it. I thought I would get better over time but I still can't work and now am out of money a single dad raising two kids my insurrance is now run out. Construction is all I've done. Now I can't even afford to be going to the doctor every month to get the medicine to help the pain. I've never sued anyone and didn't want to cause problems but I am not working and about to be homeless because of that accident that was the companys fault. Is there anything I can do.

Please call or e-mail at your convenience to discuss your case as you may have some options. 702-547-3944.
Typically you should be entitled to workers' compensation benefits at a minimum, however, you may have a potential third-party action as well.
Did you open a Worker's Comp claim through your employer? If so, it would depend on the status of that case. You may have a claim although I would need more information regarding what has happened so far to determine whether there is an additional personal injury claim.
