Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada
ok i got into a car accident 6month ago and i was 12 week pregnant, the insurance company is trying to settle with me. do i have to give them my medical bills or can i pay the medical bills on my own? my medical bills are around $12,000 now but now i have to have a c-section and that is going to cost in upwards of $30,000. what should i settle for? the other driver was at fault, and im deling with progressive.
i had wip lash, back & neck pain, was going to the ciropractor but had to stop do to i got put on bed rest. so after i have the baby i have to continue treatment for 6month to 1 year.
i dont want to ask for an amount and get laughed at.
what should i ask for? and will i get anything for being stressed out knowing if my baby will be ok

These kinds of cases should be handled by a lawyer with training and experience. I have both. I wouldn't be able to give you any opinion of value without looking at the case thoroughly. People who have been injured in an accident will generally get more money from insurance when they use a lawyer. An insurance company will take gross advantage of a non-lawyer. You need a lawyer. Please call me at 702-419-1222 if you wish to discuss the case further. Thank you.
An Attorney would help you immesurably
There is a lot going on with your accident and your question. In some instances you can settle with an insurance company on your own without an attorney but with the future health of you and your child involved you shouldn't try to handle this matter on your own. Find an attorney who you trust and follow their advice. I would be happy to discuss your case with you and hope to speak with you but whomever you choose make sure you get advice from a lawyer.

If you were a trained professional in the area of personal injury, you would not have made the inquiry you made. The insurance company is employing trained professionals to negotiate with you. You have a great chance of being robbed blind if you do not consult with a trained professional.
