Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada
In a civil jury case of negligence auto, if the plantiff wins, can the defense attorneys still gets some or all of the awarded money? I have a judgment against the plantiff and was told I would be getting the award because there was no other judgement against the plantiff, now I'm told I probably won't see a dime.

In answer to your question: "can the defense attorneys still gets some or all of the awarded money?" The Defense attorneys don't get anything from a judgment that I know of, however, in certain cases the Defense of the case may deplete the insurance policy limits which might effect how much money is available to a Plaintiff out of any judgment. I have no idea why you're being told you're not getting money from a judgment.
