Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

compensation

i recently cut off my right ring finger at the first diget will i was at work. a friend of mine who is a foreman for a different company. said that i would automaticly get paid $10,000 from the company. can you tell me if this is true. or di i have to file somekind of claim for this?

Make sure your employer makes a claim to its workman's compensation carrier. Check to see if there is an accidental death policy which usually provides a benefit for loss of limbs.
