Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

How to determine how much compensation I deserve.

I was in an car accident that involved 4 cars. I stopped, the car behind me hit me causing me to hit the car in front of me and then another car hit the car behind me. The end result, my car totaled. I have to go to a chiropractor 3 times a week, missed some work, had a rental car for 10 days until I purchased another car. I've had to pay for everything so far. My car was 7 years old in great shape and paid for. I can not afford another car payment, but had no choice but to purchase another one. I am a single parent, I and am waiting for the insurance companies to figure out who is at fault. I want to do the settlement myself to save money but I do not know what I am entitle to. Please help.

I already sent a reply on 11/11. Did you get it? What I said was as follows: Without seeing your medical records, accident report and other information it is impossible to know what you are entitled to in your case. Typically in a case like yours, what the lawyer charges are covered by the higher recovery. Call me at 454-2111 to set up an appointment to discuss in more detail.
