Duty to provide safe premises for invitees
Dear LG:
In a Negligence/Slip and fall
Case, P&A states that A DUTY
IS OWED to maintain the premises
in a reasonably safe condition for the use of invitees, and so on.
Can you tell me ''Where/What

Thank you for your time

This duty usually implies reasonable hazard recognition, hazard prevention and hazard elimination on the premises.
