Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Help finding someone for small claims

I'm trying to have a small claims suit served to someone. I only have their P.O. Box address(which is probably old). They do have a criminal judgment against them but the court won't cooperate to tell me where they live. What should I do to find them?

The post office has a form you can fill out to learn the physical address associated with the PO box.
