Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

If you were hit in the face with a beer bottle at a bar, is the bar responsible for any medical cost that came from that incident?

Most likely not. In some cases it would depend on what type or amount of security they had or should have had. However, it is my opinion that there would be little chance of a liability finding against the bar. Another lawyer may feel differently.
