Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

i had a hit and run accident about a year ago and i was the passenger 7 months pregnant and hired a lawyer i didnt get to receive any treatment until i gave birth but had to suffer 3 and a half months without any treatment because i was too far along for any treatment. after i gave birth a week later i had to rush to the emergency room cause i was losing too much blood and i had to wait even longer for chiropractic treatment because i needed and ok with my obgyn to go back to therapy.....well after i finished all my treatment and closed my case ive been waiting about 2 months for the insurance company to make an offer i keep calling my lawyer trying to figure out why is it taking soo long cause usually it should take no longer then 30 days for the insurance company to give a response.anyway a couple days ago i called the insurance company my self and i got an automated teller telling me that payment has been sent ...when i called my lawyer about it he said it must be some mistake he has not herd from them until yesterday which was actually just a letter stating they would be offering me 0 dollars i asked him why would they tell me that after all this time all he told me was "i think its just a typo" and that he has been trying to reach the insurance company and as soon as he hears something hell give me a call.so really im just wondering if it sounds like my lawyer is just taking his time with my case and what should i do.
