Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Hit and run

According to a camera that got my lincence plate number on a intercection i hit a person. I dont remeber ever hitting any one.there has been a few times that my friends borrow my car, i contacted them and they say that no one has hit any body. An officer called me today and kept asking me if id hit anyone and i denied it. How can i defend my self if i dont know what happend? And if they find me guilty what can be the concequences? according to the officer the person was not injured.

This is a felony and you would probably get a plea bargain offered and probation for your first offense. However, every felony carries potential prison time. Since there is no serious bodily injury you would probably be offerred a misdemeanor to plead to.
