Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

injured in wc accident 2 years ago hit by company truck, never offered claim form as I thought I was fine and now been in er 3 times with crush spine, and med bills sky rocketing do I have any legal options.

Make a claim now. You will probably have a hard time proving that it's related.

The relevant statute of limitations in Nevada for an auto accident is that for actions for injuries resulting from negligence (NRS 11.190(4)(e)). If you do not bring a suit or otherwise settle the claim within 2 years, you are forever barred from being able to make such a claim. So if, indeed, 2 years have passed since the date of your accident, it is too late for you to bring a claim or file a lawsuit.
