Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

I was involved in an accident back in May 2019. The police report states it was the other driver's fault for failing to yield. The other driver's insurance has accepted 90% liability. I have $1,567.57 in medical bills and $401.50 in lost wages. The claims adjuster offered $1,500.00 for pain and inconvenience. The total offer comes to $3,151.32. The claims adjuster has my medical bills, but didn't request any documentation to prove the medical bills are related to the accident. He also didn't request any information on how the accident has "inconvenienced" me. When I asked how he could offer to settle without this information, he simply said he believed it was a fair amount for the type of accident I was in. I was "inconvenienced" in a lot of ways, including getting screwed out of visiting with my mother during my vacation time. So is being in pain for several weeks, and being "inconvenienced" for several weeks only worth $1,500.00 - 10%?
