Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada
I just want to know if there is any other way a lawyer can pay for experts and or specialists without having to get a loan out on my name?

A lawyer can essentially make two choices when it comes to hiring experts. She can hire and pay for them out of the lawyer's own accounts and bill the client later - perhaps at the end of a litigation such as might happen in an auto accident case. Or the lawyer can require that the client pay for such expert services 'up front' before the expert is hired. How the lawyer determines what to do depends on the lawyer's analysis about winning the case and/or, whether the lawyer has the financial resources to pay an expert herself. It's really a combination of both factors. A lawyer can borrow money to pay the expert or the client can. It's up to them. An expert can not take a fee for services which is in any way contingent on the outcome of the case. It destroys the experts credibility and is unethical.
