Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Motion to set aside Defualt Judgment

I am preparing a motion to (see headline) and I am having trouble finding law to back it up. The client was served VIA Publication back in 2001, but it seems they really didnt try very hard to find the guy. A PI did one search on the internet and called it a day. The case is now Defualted and he owes a ton o money. Do you know of any law that can help me get the Motion to set aside granted? Thanks
