Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

We are paying money ($1,000)to someone to get their car fixed, instead of putting it on our insurance. We would like them to sign that we have given them cash & release us from additional cost/liability. There were no injuries. We want to make the letter really simple, but what should we say?

Don't consider this final legal advice because i won't be liable for what the other party does. You can google release of liability and might find something. It's too risky for a lawyer to tell you what to write down. A release is not that simple.
