Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

property damage

A pipe broke in my backyard and flooded the neighbors yard. The water was not high. It sooked into the yard and ran down the street. There was no damage done to my yard. And when I looked there was no damage done to his yard. But when he came over to tell me that the water flooded his yard he wrote my address down. Is there any way he could sue me for anything?

Re: property damage

If your neighbor can prove water from your leaking pipe caused him damages of course he can sue.
