Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

my son was in a accident in his truck which I cosigned for and is now being sued 2 years later. Do I need to get my own attorney or just use the insurance company lawyer as I was served papers this evening. ( he received his on Friday)

Without knowing what you were sued for it is nearly impossible to answer the question. In other words a lawyer needs to know what you are accused of doing or not doing in order to answer this at all.
