Adding an additional name to land title

I would like to have my daughter's name added to the deed to my property. How do I go about this?

You just to a deed from you to you and your daughter. However, there may be gift tax consequences. It might be wiser to deed the house to a living trust leaving your daughter as beneficiary.

You can just deed it to yourself and here. Buti I caution you there are many reasons why you might NOT want to do this.
