Adding my daughters name to my property.

How do I go about adding my daughters name to my property? (it's just land)

Just do a grant deed or a quitclaim deed frrom yourself to you and your daughter as joint tenants or tenants in common. There may be a gift tax consequnce.

quit claim deed. Be advised there are tax and other ramifications.
