Breach of contract

I have a condo in Sparks Nevada. My friend and I refinanced the loan so his name is on the loan. And both of our names would be on the title. I am on disability and cannot deduct the intrest. Now that the loan is done he wont put my name on the title, even though Im still paying half the loan. I have the paper work to prove Im paying half. He also owes me $7600 for his half of the loan fees. Is there anything I can do.

You will have to force the issue by suing to quiet title.
