Cancel home purchase

I purchase a condo in las vegas and made 20% down payment. Can I cancel my contract?

Generally unless a cool off period is mentioned in the agreement the answer is No. However if there is some form of misrepresentation involved I can get a recision of contract that would entitle you to a refund.

It depends. You have to provide the purchase contracts you signed to an attorney to review to see what your rights are to cancel. Otherwise if you cancel with the right to do so, you may have to pay the owner damages.
