If you have collection agencies harrasing you,is it possible that they could take your property if you are unable to pay them?I know banks can,but can collection agencies do that?

In order for a collection company to take your property it would have to obtain a court judgment against you and then levy, attach or garnish your property or money. This is done through a Constable or peace officer with the help of the collection Court.
