Death of a Joint Tenant

What do I have to do to remove my wifes name from all records related to our home? It was recorded with us as joint tenant owners. She died almost 2 years ago.

You need to record with the Recorder's Office an Affidavit Terminating Joint Tenancy and attach a certified copy of her death certificate.
