Deed transfer to my children

My wife and I own a timeshare in LasVegas, and wish to give it to my 2 daughters. What forms are necessary to make this transaction and where do I send them. And should they be signed in presents of a notary Public?

You could quitclaim the time share before a notary to your children and record it in Clark County, Nevada with the Recorder's Office.
