Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Disclosure statement

We are the 3rd owner of a resale home in Henderson, NV. We woul like to know if there is a way we can get get access to the real estate documents between the 1st and 2nd owner to see if owner #1 disclosed any structural damage he was aware of to owner #2.

We have evidence that owner #1 was definitely aware of some major structural issues, but would like to find out if owner #2 was disclosed this information when he purchased the home.

Owner #2 did not reveal any structural issues to us in the real estate dsiclosure docs.

You would need a Subpoena or a Request To Produce in a civil action.
