Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Can I evict my roommate, he's my ex-husband, he agreed to pay half of his rent and hasn't paid rent rent in the last 3 months? We live in an apartment complex, that states "if the roommate comes voluntarily and sign off of the lease, that's the only way the complex can get involved". Is it possible for me to do this without their help?

Stop paying rent and force the apartment to evict you both. Make sure you have somewhere else to live first. Apartment may come after you for lost rent and damages, though.
