While I am not licensed to practice in Nevada, I believe the following would apply to your situation:

Assuming you have a California judgment, you will need to "domesticate" it in Nevada, and turn it into a Nevada judgment. You will then be able to record a lien against both properties. In order to domesticate your judgment, you will need to contact a lawyer in Nevada (or one in California that is also licensed in Nevada). Various documents will have to be filed with the Nevada courts, and notice given to the judgment debtor, before you will be able to record a lien. You should take steps to contact an attorney to begin the process immediately as it may take 30 days or more to domesticate your judgment.

If your judgment is from a Nevada court, contact a lawyer in Nevada and they will be able to record the necessary document(s).

Re: filing alien

You can sue on the Judgment or register the foreign Judgment and seek an Order of the District Court in Clark County to secure your claims. These may be expensive procedures, but you may lose a good opportunity to collect your money otherwise. Your attorney can advise further.
