Forms for a Lis Pendence

Where can a find a list of what is needed for file a Lis Pendence and the actual forms in the State of Nevada? We want to file a complaint against the lender and need to do it ASAP.

This is not something that you should do yourself. I have just started doing foreclosure set asides and lawsuits against predatory lending. They are very difficult and you must remember that the lender is going to hire the best law firms in town.
