Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Fraudulent foreclosure

I received a foreclosure notice from Chicago Title (Trustee) State of Nevada. All payments were made on time as supported by Payee report from Wells Fargo bank. Payments were made via direct deposit and later by scheduled bill pay through Wells Fargo.

Mortgagee refused to accept some payments and accepted others although payments were exactly the same each month and paid in accordance with the note and deed of trust.

Which court would have jurisdiction to dismiss the foreclosure and do I have legal recourse to recover damages to my credit and costs to litigate the case?

Please help.

Re: Fraudulent foreclosure

You can either sue in the Clark County District Court or the Federal Court for the District of Nevada. You do have a case for fraud, slander of title and a violation possibly for fair debt collection practices and fair credit reporting.

I am experienced in this and would require a $2,500 retainer.
