Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

My Home

When I bought my home my boyfriend moved in with me. He insisted on having his name on the Title; saying it as a ''right of survivorship'' - in case something happened to either one of us, the other one would still have a place to live. I paid cash for the house; all other household expenses we share 50/50.

Things are not working out between us now and I would like to know what I can do to get his name off of the title. I see now that he was only taking advantage of me.

Is there a way I can get his name off of the title?

You would have to file a Complaint in civil court to quiet title and dissolve the implied partnership.
