home refinance
i just signed papers to refi my house about 2 weeks ago and it turns out that they need me to resign because of a mistake in the adress (unit number was listed twice) i believe they paid off the old loan but they are having trouble giving me the new one should i go resign? should i ask for compensation for the inconvienence? or is there other advice you might have for me

I would review the documents carefully to ensure that they have not changed any of the substantive terms of the loan. If you would like to have my office review the documents for you we charge a review fee of $125.00. This would also include a 1/2 hour consultation to discuss the terms with you.
