Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

I own a house with which there is a contract with a property manager. There is a just over a year remaining. The tenant that had been occupying the property is moving at the end of the month. I have been advised that as the property owner I can move back into the house without consequence. The property manager cannot force me out and rerent. Is this correct?

Probably, but the contract would govern. If you would like me to review it, email it to [email protected]. I will charge you fifty dollars for the review and a response to you. I accept debit and credit cards.
