Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada
My husband and I are purchasing a home in neveda and I am being told I can not be on title because I will not be on the loan is this true? and if so how do I get added to title after we close or at closing?

After closing your husband can just execute a grant deed to you and him as community property or joint tenants or tenants in common.
