Interitance Tax on Real Estate Property
Is it possible to put our only daughter, who is a legal adult, on our real estate deed to avoid the interitance tax later?

Re: Interitance Tax on Real Estate Property
In the unlikely event your estate will be subject to inheritance tax, your proposed solution may subject you to gift tax now.
Your tax advisor can explain further.

Bad idea. Gift tax is higher than inheritance tax unless you're a millionaire.
