Interitance Tax on Real Estate Property

Is it possible to put our only daughter, who is a legal adult, on our real estate deed to avoid the interitance tax later?

In the unlikely event your estate will be subject to inheritance tax, your proposed solution may subject you to gift tax now.

Bad idea. Gift tax is higher than inheritance tax unless you're a millionaire.
