Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

I am JTWRS on my house. If I move out do I have the right to NOT allow the other owner to rent out my bedroom and live in my house?

You are co-owners and while you may think one bedroom is yours and another bedroom is your co-owner's, the law does not work that way. A court is not going to want to police how two co-owners share the property. If you cannot get along with your co-owner, your remedy is first to see if one of you will buy the other out, and if that doesn't work, you can file a lawsuit to partition the property which will mean selling it. Of course, if the property is not worth more than the mortgage, this won't be satisfactory to you.
