Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada
lease option to buy, but gave 30 day notice
We are going to be moving in two months to Korea. My husband and I gave our notice at the beginning of the month of the move. We have decided to purchase the house, we had a lease option to buy. Are we still able to buy the property after giving our notice?

It depends on what Option says. If you are still within the option period and language and nothing you did was contrary to that, yes, you probably still can.
