Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

I live in las vegas, nv and have not paid my mortgage in 14 months. ive paid the $200 to the state mediation fund and that has not yet come around to set a date for state mediation. I want to delay the foreclosure process as long as possible. what notices such as intent to cure or ask borrower for original loan documents do i file to prolong foreclosure.?

Filing bankruptcy can delay a foreclosure, as can listing your property for a short sale or applying for a loan modification.
