There are two types of evictions in Nevada. One is for non payment of rent and it takes about 10 days from start to finish. A 5 day notice is served and if the tenant does not file with the Court within 5 days, the landlord submits the paperwork to the Judge and the lockout occurs 2 days later.
If the eviction is following a foreclosure, if there is a tenant living there rather than the owner, he can make payments per the rental agreement for six months or the balance of the lease, if the house is owner/occupied, it takes about 1 month to get the owner out.
