Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

HELLO AND WITH OUT GETTING IN TO A LOT OF DETAIL I WANTED TO KNOW I PUT UP THE MONEY TO PURCHASE A HOME AND RESELL IT WITH A FRIEND OF MINE WHO IS A REALESTATE AGENT AND BROKER AND WE WEREGOING TO SPLIT THE MONEY AND I PUT THIS HOUSE IN HER NAME AND SHE SOLD IT AND SAID I MADE $25,000.00 AND I SAID GREAT AND SHE IS STILL HOLDING THE MONEY AND SHE SAID ARE YOU READY TO PURCHASE THE SECOND ONE AND I SAID YES AND SHE TOOK THE MONEY FROM HER ACCOUNT AND PAID THE TITLE COMPANY FOR THE HOUSE AND THIS HOUSE WENT IN MY NAME AND AT THAT TIME I SAID OK I WANT THE REST OF MY MONEY NOW BECAUSE NO ONE IS GOING TO HOLD MY MONEY BUT ME AND I SAID WHEN WE BUY THE NEXT HOUSE THE MONEY WILL BE THERE JUST LIKE IT IS NOW SO ANY WAY I NEVER GOT THE MONEY AND I HAD TO USE A NOTHER REALSTATE AGENT TO SELL THE HOUSE FOR ME AND AT THIS TIME SHE OWS ME $50,000.00and do i have any leg to stand on since we only had a verbal agrement and even though i can show where the money came from my account and was paid to the titl;e cpo and on the check it says this money is for the person whoes name it is going in and since i can prove she wrote the check for the second home which went in my name and i never received any of my profit and still do not even have my origional envestment back from the first home so can you please advise me as to what i can do and thank you for taking the time to read this jimmy

Yes, you have a good oral agreement and decent evidence to support. Additionally, you may have a claim against the broker if the friend works for a big company. Because the friend is a real estate agent, there are laws that they have to follow to do business and they failed in giving you notifications, etc. You also have a claim for punitive damages as a result.
