I own a manufactured home, I don't own the lot it's on so can I have a lien filed against me if I default on my car loan?

If you default on your loan the car could be repossessed and you could face a lawsuit leading to a judgment against you. If a person or a business gets a judgment against you only certain assets can be executed on. The mobile home that is your residence in most circumstances CANNOT be executed on.
