Can a mortgage company take money from your checking account on a forclosed home?

If a mortgage company sues & obtains a court judgment, the court judgment will let them take money out of your bank account. If your bank is your mortgage company, you may have given them permission to take money out of your account without permission. It's in the fine print of the agreement to open the checking account.
Hope this perspective helps!
