Non reaffirmed dept

Filed bankruptcy in 2004.Am making payments on a manufactured home. Home was not reaffirmed in bankruptcy. On final payment will i recieve the title.

Did you file a chapter 7 and if so, were you current on the payments when you filed your petition?

If that is the case then your original contract would still be in force and so when you make your final payment, you ought to receive title.

But I would need more facts to give you a definite answer.
