I am the owner of a condo in Las Vegas. I have leased the condo out before and want to do it again. The HOA tells me I can not lease it. What legal rights do I have?

Do you have a copy of the CC&Rs;? It would spelled out in there. If they CC&Rs;don't allow it, you can't do it without a change to the CC&Rs;.
