Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada
My parents have their home homesteaded in NV, they have both passed away. The house is in the estate. I allowed people to live in the house rent free as they wanted to purchase the house. now they will not move out. What rights do I have to get them evicted?

Only the administrator of the estate has the rights to manage property in an estate. See your probate attorney for help with this.
