POS in state of Nevada and Community Property

A person is purchasing an investment piece of property and is married. The husband is deployed in the military and the wife is the POA. Can the wife sign as POA for the husband as the purchase would be community property?

If the wife has a valid Power of Attorney to manage her husband's financial affairs she can obligate the couple by signing both in her individual capacity and in her capacity as agent for her husband.
