Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada
Power of Attorney For Out of State Property
My husband and I live in Illinois and are buying property in Nevada.
We would like for him to sign on my behalf at the closing in Nevada.
Should we order property power of attorney forms for the state of Illinois or the state of Nevada?
Thank you.

If you are getting a loan to purchase the property, you should check with the lender to see 1) if this is allowed, and 2) if they require any particular form.

Use the form in the state in which you sign it.
