property management contract
Can you fire your property management company anytime even do there is a contract stating they need a 60 day notice.

You can certainly fire them, but the issue is whether they have suffered any damages from being fired that they can then collect from you. I assume that they were earning a profit in providing your needs so they would be entitled to collect that as damages and any costs they incurred becuase of the lack of notice. If, on the other hand, they failed to live up to their part of the contract and you are imposing your options of ending the contract or collecting damages from them, then you can cancel without paying them damages.
